Reviews
It has been fourteen years since I purchased my last truck, and I wasn't looking forward to high pressure sales people in a mega store environment. I felt really fortunate to have found Lexington Toyota where I experienced neither of these negative things. Instead, Jillian Hanley, my salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable and a great communicator. Calls were promptly returned and the deal was done quickly and seamlessly. Brent, who delivered the car to NH, was personable and helpful. I can't say enough about what a positive experience I had. Thanks to everyone at the dealership for delivering exceptional service which is so rare these days.
Dan in the parts department was very helpful and I was able to show him on my car what I specifically needed so he could look it up in the computer for a special order. The turnaround time was great - next day. Some of the hardware did not appear to fit when I placed it in the engine cover area so I will be coming back soon when i have a chance to check about the part numbers. Always get/pay more for the dealer parts for a perfect fit.
Initially I thought this was a good value, they found my Prius prime and we set up the sale. I got stung by the one-fob issue, and they did not disclose this until after I signed the legal contract. The required window sticker (to be removed only by customer) was nowhere to be seen. After 3 months no replacement fob, but my real complaint is my sales rep and "service after the sale". In repeated emails he will not reply or eventually give incomplete replies, and avoids answering very specific questions. (Like "if my key was lost or damaged what can you do for me?")
I am very disappointed in this post-sale ignoring of my concerns. I will not name my sales rep but he knows who he is. If I could get a straight answer I would consider buying from here again. I realize that Toyota corporate is responsible for this mess, but ignoring the customer is no solution.
Super happy with the service at Lexington Toyota. They took care of what needed to be done, excellent communication, and had our car ready for us early, several hours before their estimated completion time.
Kudos to Mike our service advisor, he is super courteous, friendly, and what is really important to us is that he is really great at communicating. He continually let us know how the work was progressing every step of the way. We never had to ask for the status. Also nice is that the mechanics seem/are super knowledgeable . They got the problem diagnosed very quickly, Mike called to let us know what was needed way before we expected. We approved the work and then the mechanics were super quick to get it done, they had our mini-van back to us way earlier then expected, and the repair bill was not too high or out of line with our expectations. Great experience, which can be rare when it comes to repair work on a car. Many thanks to Mike and the crew at Lexington Toyota. We give them 5 stars, two moons and a couple of comets with million mile tails!
I never dedicate time for writing reviews, but now I consider it's a must do to make sure my neighbors in Arlington, Lexington and other towns doesn't service your vehicle here.
We had a terrible experience when they damaged the interior of our under-warranty Rav4 while they were replacing a broken part of the central console. The technicians that did the replacement leave marks, chips and dents everywhere with their tools. All are cosmetics damages that look way worst than the original broken piece of the central console. We informed about the damages right away, in person to the service division manager - Pat Gillan-, and after by contacting Sean Grey -the delearship manager- sending him pictures. Long story short, they make us go there to check the damages, make us wait weeks for answers, then asked us more pictures and finally, after a month of back and forth, they claimed that the damage was done before and that they "professional tools" are especially designed to avoid this.
I really warn you to not service your car here, they basically will do great damage and never asume accountability.
We are never returning here, not for maintenance, parts, definitely not for purchasing new vehicles.
Service Advisor David Bevilacqua was very helpful in getting my car serviced. As always, the experience was good and my 2006 Toyota Matrix is back on the road and in good shape for the road ahead!
I had a great experience purchasing my first brand new car at Lexington Toyota. Bash was so friendly, helpful, and never pushy! No one tried to pressure me into anything I didn't want, and the process was clearly communicated and simple. I love my new car!
I had my faulty 2022 Toyota Corolla Hybrid towed on Monday evening. However, neither the vehicle has been looked at nor I have been contacted yet. Today is Wednesday. I hope they let me know how long I will have to wait. The hybrid system failed.
